The position reports to the Senior Manager, Collections Team Lead and requires at least three years in collections, with preferred experience in professional services. Strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum three years of proven success in collections.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with Aderant, SAP, or Elite Enterprise is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Regularly communicate with lawyers regarding collection efforts and past-due accounts.
• Collaborate with partners, lawyers, and billing team to obtain payment information.
• Review and reconcile client payments and apply issues daily.
• Enter updated payment information in firm systems as needed.
