Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a skilled Specialist, Collections to manage high-volume client communications, monitor status in the firm database, and conduct comprehensive AR portfolio reviews for assigned partners.

The role is based in the United States, reports to the Senior Manager, Collections Team Lead, and supports ad-hoc AR projects as needed. Strong accounting knowledge and client communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Minimum three years of proven success in collections.
• Law firm or professional services experience a plus.
• Experience with Aderant, SAP and/or Elite Enterprise a plus.
• Must have working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office products, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively to clients and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Regularly communicate with lawyers regarding collection efforts and past due accounts.
• Work with lawyers and staff to collect past due accounts timely.
• Communicate with clients to obtain payment status and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with partners, lawyers, secretaries, and billing to share client payment info.
• Audit progress issues and advise managerial staff.
• Analyze portfolios and financial reports by partner, office, and client.
• Review daily payments and reconciliation, and address issues.
• Enter updated information in systems for payment-related issues.
