Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer contact experience required.
• 1+ year of collections or account resolution experience preferred.
• Experience using CRM or similar systems in a customer-facing environment.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound communication with customers.
• Negotiate repayment plans within established guidelines.
• Resolve customer issues and identify root causes of delinquency.
