Westlake Financial Services is seeking an Account Manager I for Las Vegas, NV to handle mid-to-late-stage collections in an in-office role. You will assist customers across stages of delinquency, leverage technology, and aim to reduce losses through progressive collection efforts.

The position requires a high-volume call environment background, strong communication, and the ability to negotiate payment solutions while protecting confidential information.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one-year consumer collection experience in a high-volume, auto dialer environment.
• Auto collection experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the servicing of inbound and outbound calls with excellent customer service while adhering to policies.
• Initiate outbound calls to secure payment or timely payment arrangements.
• Negotiate payment solutions while maintaining performance standards.
• Maintain accurate notes of all communications on accounts.
• Conduct skip-tracing to generate potential leads.
