Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of experience collecting secured or unsecured loans.
• Bondable and eligible to work in the United States.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with members and third parties via calls, email, text, chat, and letters to resolve past-due loan balances.
• Validate member identity and loan details; discuss delinquency and potential resolutions.
• Develop empathetic, compliant communications and document resolution steps.
• Maintain accurate records of collections activities in systems.
