Qualifications

• Ability to contact members and develop plans to resolve past-due balances.
• Familiar with handling delinquency paperwork and reporting.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and compliance basics.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks to support collections and delinquency management.
• Contact members to determine reasons for past-due conditions and outline repayment plans.
• Send required collection letters and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up daily on payment arrangements and review accounts for possible escalation.
