Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting/ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily outbound and inbound collections activity.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts and payment commitments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and collection efforts.
• Resolve customer billing concerns and payment issues professionally.
• Partner with internal teams to support account resolution and cash collections.
