The ideal candidate has 0–1 year in credit/collection, strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and analytical problem-solving abilities to reconcile accounts and optimize collections.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of credit and collection experience.
• Analytical/problem-solving skills for customer account reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collection activities
• Cash application activities
• Research and resolve unapplied receipts
• Participate in weekly AR aging reviews
• Maximize collection of past-due balances
• Resolve account discrepancies
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Credit evaluations / new customer setup
• Credit hold maintenance / releasing orders
• Process credit card payments
• Access customer portals for invoicing and collection
