Qualifications

• At least 5 years of commercial collection experience.
• Strong customer service mindset with balance between service and cost control.
• Ability to use collaborative, non-adversarial approaches to achieve goals.
• Understanding of credit operations as a financially oriented customer service function.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage assigned accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Contact customers on past-due accounts by phone or email.
• Provide customer service regarding account and collection issues; assist with reconciliations.
• Resolve short payments/remittance questions; coordinate with Cash applications team.
• Process customer refunds and review adjustments, credits, and small write-offs.
• Maintain collection percentages, AR>60 days, and bad debt levels as directed.
