Fiducia is seeking a Collections Representative in Springfield to handle accounts receivable collections, advise clients on our approach, and explore revenue streams for the department. The role centers on customer service while preserving client-debtor relationships and collaborating with other departments.

The ideal candidate has prior customer service or AR experience, is detail-oriented, and comfortable working with collection software and Microsoft Office.

Qualificações

• Previous Customer Service or Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience managing sensitive/confidential information.
• Entrepreneurial drive and ability to work collaboratively with staff and senior management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate professionally with clients, debtors, agencies and law firms.
• Document communication during the collection process in detail.
• Understand and apply Accounts Receivable and Collections procedures autonomously.
• Make independent decisions concerning the collection process.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable balances.
• Analyze client accounts receivable needs and promote solutions.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
• Cross-promote other services as needed.
• Work independently to achieve objectives on schedule.
• Possess knowledge of credit/collection regulation and related laws.
