You will also be answering customer questions, receiving POs, and working with customer invoicing portals to ensure a smooth payment process. This position requires you to approach your work with an inquisitive and independent mindset. There are no scripts to read from here at MaxMind. All of our customers receive authentic, case-by-case analysis from well-trained, well-informed associates.

We welcome candidates to apply from anywhere in Canada. You must be eligible/authorized to work in Canada.

You’ll be trained and supported by others along the way. Our accounting team is a tight-knit group, and we’ll make sure you always have the resources you need to get things done properly.

  • Direct communication with our business customers via email, video call, and phone as necessary
  • Independently initiate contact with customers to collect payment on overdue accounts
  • Collaborate with the rest of your accounting team and our operations team on a case by case basis to resolve customer issues that may be blocking or delaying payment
  • Research and find additional customer contacts to replace expired or otherwise nonresponsive contacts
