No weekends; day shift; training provided; base pay $16+ per hour with uncapped monthly bonuses and potential total annual earnings up to six figures for high performers.

About the Organization

DRB, LLC is a New York based third party collection agency committed to working diligently to increase the rate of recovery of distressed assets for our clients. Here at DRB, LLC we work to effectively stress the urgency of outlining a plan for asset recovery, as well as negotiate on behalf of the client for payments in full, settlements or timely payment plans for the consumers.

This is not a traditional 'high-pressure collections' role - we focus on problem-solving, respectful communication, and realistic solutions for customers.

If you have experience in collections, customer service, call centers, banking, or sales, we'd love to talk with you.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Starting at $16.00+/hour (based on experience)
• Uncapped monthly bonus opportunities
• Realistic earning potential: $35,000 - $80,000+ annually
• Consistent account volume to support your success

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Experience in collections, customer service, call center, banking, or sales preferred

• Basic computer skills

Collection experience and knowledge of FDCPA are a plus - but not required for the right candidate.
