CFS in Miami, FL is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage daily collections activities and support cash flow. You will follow up on outstanding accounts, document all interactions, and resolve billing issues with professionalism.

• Experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit and collections.
• Experience handling high-volume phone and customer communications.
• Strong attention to documentation and details.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting/ERP systems is preferred.
