Are you a detail-oriented and adaptable collections professional looking for a dynamic role beyond standard collections work? We are actively seeking a Collections Specialist with a strong background in B2B commercial collections to join our fast-growing company. This position offers remote flexibility after an initial training period.

Position Overview:

In this role, you’ll manage complex B2B collections across a variety of clients and waste streams. Your ability to tailor your approach and communicate effectively with diverse business stakeholders will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform business-to-business collections across clients with varying needs and requirements
• Navigate and manage lien waivers, government fund disbursements, and other specialized documentation
• Understand and adapt to individual client billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
• Build and maintain comprehensive customer profiles, including supporting financial and contractual documents
• Communicate with clients using strategic, personalized outreach tactics based on each audience

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B/commercial collections
• Proven success in managing a high volume of accounts with varying complexity
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Familiarity with lien processes, government contracts, or construction billing is a plus
