• Follow credit union policies and applicable collection and consumer protection requirements.
• Assist members professionally and respectfully when discussing account concerns.
• Provide teller and front-line member service support when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

HealthPlus Federal Credit Union is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for managing delinquent accounts, assisting with collection and recovery efforts, and providing professional member service while supporting daily credit union operations.

Work Environment
