CFS in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a results-driven Collections Specialist to manage a portfolio of past-due consumer accounts. You will handle outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and negotiate payment arrangements within policy guidelines.

You’ll use skip-tracing techniques to locate hard-to-reach customers, document activity, and collaborate with teammates to meet collection goals while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
