Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection of receivables, including returned payments, fuel tax, audit assessments, civil penalties, and miscellaneous receivables.
• Locate delinquent customers using skip tracing and investigative methods.
• Apply state statutes, rules, and ADOT policies in collection activities.
• Communicate with internal and external customers by phone, email, and letter.
• Process credit card and check transactions, daily internal deposits, bank levies, bond claims, and agency transfers.
