Job summary

PrincePerelson & Associates is seeking a Collections Representative to join our remote team. This fully remote role focuses on resolving past-due payments by making high-volume calls and helping clients establish workable payment plans.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of collections experience, the ability to create payment plans, and a track record of meeting metrics. The position offers monthly bonuses plus uncapped commissions, plus PTO and 401(k) with Roth option.

• Ability to provide above-and-beyond service.
• Confidence in hitting metrics, KPI’s, and goals.

Collections Representative - Work from Home

Pay: $18.00/hr to $21.00/hr (DOE) plus Monthly Bonuses up to $400-$800 (uncapped commission)

Must live in Utah, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Iowa, Texas, Wisconsin, or Wyoming

Requirements:

• $400-$800 avg. earning potential on monthly bonuses and uncapped commissions
