Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Club at Northstar Lodge is seeking a full-time Coordinator Marketing In House to assist our Owners and guests in creating memorable vacation experiences. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or customer service and be enthusiastic about interacting with guests.

This position offers competitive pay at $16.50/hr plus commission and bonuses, as well as up to $450 weekly in training pay for the first 10 weeks. Additional benefits include uncapped earning potential, medical, dental, vision, 401K opportunities, and various growth and development programs.

As a Coordinator Marketing In House, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.

Pay: $16.50/hr + commission/bonuses + up to $450/week additional training pay* for the first 10 weeks only

Schedule: Full-time/5 days per week, must be open to work on weekends

Sign-On Bonus

Up to $2,000 sign on bonus *potential with 1 year of timeshare experience*.

• $1,000 paid after 45 days, $1,000 paid after six months of employment.
• $1,000 with no timeshare experience: $500 paid after 45 days, $500 paid after six months of employment.

Typical Day (Responsibilities)

• Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
