Job summary

Lendbuzz is seeking a proactive liaison to coordinate with external legal vendors, ensuring timely file preparation, accurate documentation, escalation processes, and clear, compliant communication across all parties.

You will regularly review accounts referred for repossession and legal actions, coordinate with internal legal and compliance teams, track status, and drive resolution milestones while maintaining audit-ready records.

• Maintain regular review of accounts referred for repossession and legal actions, coordinating with internal legal/compliance departments.
• Manage an account portfolio daily, establish reporting frameworks, monitor performance metrics, and communicate with vendors to ensure accounts are worked properly.
