Lendbuzz is seeking a Legal Coordinator to prepare delinquent account files, liaise with legal vendors, and guide cases through the litigation process to recover payments or secure vehicle collateral.

The role focuses on coordinating with external legal partners, repossession agencies, and internal compliance teams while maintaining thorough account review and reporting frameworks.

Competenze

• 2-4+ years of experience in auto finance, legal recovery, loss mitigation, paralegal support, or high-volume collections.
• Direct background working with third-party legal vendors, outside counsel, or repossession agencies (Preferred)
• Strong communication skills to manage external legal partners, push for updates on pending litigation, and hold vendors accountable to timeline benchmarks
• Previous work in skip tracing and collections, preferably in the automotive industry
• Outstanding customer, communication and organizational skill
• High level of integrity
• Strong sense of teamwork yet able to work independently

• Maintain regular review of accounts that have been referred for repossession and legal actions against debtors

• Manage an account portfolio daily
• Establish reporting frameworks and evaluate key performance indicators
• Monitor and analyze core performance metrics
• Communicate with vendors to ensure accounts are worked properly and efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

$25 - $28 an hour
