Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking an ARC Manager to lead a remote, international team of legal professionals responsible for litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and other recovery matters involving distressed commercial loans secured by real estate.

The role requires strong legal knowledge and proven leadership to manage a high-volume portfolio, coordinate with internal departments, and work with external counsel to advance recovery objectives while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a law degree or equivalent legal qualification from a recognized institution.
• 10+ years of experience in litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, debt recovery, creditor rights, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supervising legal professionals and managing a substantial portfolio of cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of legal professionals handling litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and other Asset Resolution matters.
• Allocate workloads, set priorities, monitor deadlines, ensure consistent case management.
• Provide legal guidance on foreclosure proceedings, breach of note and guaranty claims, bankruptcy, and related matters.
• Monitor case progress, identify risks, escalate complex matters to senior management.
• Review litigation strategies and recovery alternatives to support sound decisions.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on strategy, deadlines, and expenses.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Credit, Servicing, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to maximize recoveries.
