LOGS Legal Group LLP seeks a Legal Assistant II for our Recovery team (Collections/Evictions/Replevins). This remote, full-time role supports financial institutions by handling diverse creditor matters with accuracy and professionalism.

You will manage document workflows, file court materials, and communicate with clients and internal teams while adhering to policies and deadlines. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in legal support, experience with evictions or collections, and strong MS Office

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in data entry or legal assistant role.
• Experience providing administrative/operational support in a legal or office setting.
• Experience working in Replevins/Evictions/Collections.
• Experience in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Update internal Firm systems and external client systems within required timeframes.
• Sort, scan, categorize, label, and digitally file legal documents.
• Complete assigned work queue items within designated timeframes.
• Assist with preparing items for court appearances.
• Review incoming documents and route to proper parties.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, or internal/external messaging.
• Complete trainings in the Firm LMS in a timely manner.
• Additional duties as assigned.
