CFG Merchant Solutions, LLC is seeking a results-driven Retention Specialist to work with merchants, resolve past-due balances, and negotiate payment solutions. If you’re resilient, persuasive, and comfortable handling high-volume calls, this role offers six-figure-plus earning potential through uncapped commissions in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

You’ll contact merchants, negotiate arrangements, and follow up on delinquencies with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Experience negotiating payment plans or settlements.
• Prior collections or sales experience a plus.
• Ability to handle 50–100+ calls per day.
• Competitive mindset and ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Contact merchants regarding past-due accounts through inbound and outbound calls.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement options.
• Follow up consistently on delinquent accounts to drive resolution.
• Build rapport while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
