BayOne Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented debt collection clerk to support customer accounts in Springfield, MO.

You will receive payments, post amounts to accounts, and advise customers on actions to resolve overdue balances. You will also contact customers by phone or in person to review terms and monitor progress, and handle filing and other clerical duties. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.
• Confer with customers by telephone or in person to determine overdue payment reasons.
• Review terms of sales, service, or credit contracts.
• Sort and file correspondence.
• Perform miscellaneous clerical duties, such as answering correspondence and writing reports.
• Record address changes for assigned accounts.
• Purge records of deceased customers.
