You will liaise with Bankruptcy, Legal Filings, Probate and other departments to strengthen processes and improve workflow.

Leveraging a collections background, you will provide hands-on operational support during absences, ensuring continuity and consistent service levels across the department.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in collections, servicing, operations, or financial services.
