Job summary

CFCU is seeking a Member Solutions Coordinator in Wisconsin to manage routine reporting, review delinquent and at-risk accounts, file small claims, and track bankruptcy proceedings, while serving as a liaison across departments.

You'll work with Bankruptcy, Legal Filings, and Probate teams to strengthen processes, provide hands-on operational support during absences, and help maintain consistent service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant collections, servicing, operations, project coordination, or financial services experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of collections operations and servicing processes.
• Experience coordinating projects, process improvements, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build reports that drive efficiency and distribute routine collections reports.
• Review delinquent or at-risk accounts, prepare small claims filings, and maintain records of filing status and dates.
• Track bankruptcy proceedings and coordinate with legal counsel or third parties.
• Serve as a cross-department liaison for information requests and reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, projects, and cross-functional initiatives within the team.
• Support implementation of business changes and identify workflow improvements.
• Provide hands-on operations support during employee absences or staffing shortages.
