Community First Credit Union is seeking a Member Solutions Coordinator to manage routine reporting, review delinquent and at‑risk accounts, and track bankruptcy proceedings. You will act as a liaison across departments including Bankruptcy, Legal Filings, and Probate, strengthening processes and workflows.

Leveraging a collections background, you will provide hands-on support during absences, ensure consistency in service levels, and help drive operational improvements across the Member

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of relevant collections, servicing, operations, project coordination, or financial services experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of collections operations and related servicing processes.
• Experience coordinating projects, process improvements, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Build reports that drive efficiency by collaborating with the VP Member Solutions to gather information and distribute routine collections reports.
• Review delinquent or at-risk accounts, prepare and file small claims actions, and maintain records of filing status, court dates, and outcomes.
• Track bankruptcy filings, monitor case status and deadlines, and coordinate with counsel or third parties to protect the Credit Union's interests.
• Serve as a cross-department liaison, responding to and coordinating requests for information from other departments.
• Coordinate meetings, projects, and cross-functional initiatives within the Member Solutions team, and document workflows.
• Strengthen operational consistency by partnering with SMEs to understand impacts and implement process improvements.
• Provide hands-on operational support during employee absences or staffing shortages.
