Job summary

Caine & Weiner is seeking motivated individuals to join our onsite call center supporting clients in debt collection. Earn $16-$17 per hour plus uncapped commission; training is provided and schedules are flexible to support work-life balance.

You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, handle inbound/outbound calls, negotiate payments and programs, and enter results in the collection system while adhering to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Onsite call center role focused on debt collection.
• Experience negotiating payments or payment programs is preferred.
• Knowledge of FDCPA is a plus.
• Must be able to use standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls according to company policies.
• Negotiate payments, settlements, and payment programs.
• Enter results into collection system; skip tracing and data entry.
