Hayt, Hayt & Landau (HHL) is seeking a Collections Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service and help consumers resolve past-due accounts through clear communication, education, and respectful problem-solving. This full-time position is in Miami Lakes, FL with a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

The role focuses on inbound/outbound calls, educating customers on payment options, and negotiating arrangements while meeting performance and collections goals in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in collections preferred but not required.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel).
• CRM applications experience.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls as a Collections Customer Service Representative to resolve accounts.
• Educate customers on payment options and negotiate payment arrangements per policy.
• Update account information and document activity accurately.
• Meet performance and collections goals in a fast-paced call center.
• Exhibit strong phone communication and negotiation skills.

About this position

Job Type: Full Time 8:30-5:30 pm

Location: Miami Lakes, FL

Salary Range: $20.00 per hour

Hayt, Hayt & Landau (HHL) is seeking a professional, motivated Collections Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service and help consumers resolve past-due accounts through clear communication, education, and respectful problem-solving.

Full-time position in a supportive, collaborative team environment offering:

• Educate customers on available payment options and negotiate appropriate payment arrangements in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Update account information and document all activity accurately
• Meet performance and collections goals in a fast-paced call center environment
• Excellent phone communication and negotiation skills, ability to overcome obstacles and focus on positive solutions
