GLS is seeking a Collections Coordinator in Tempe, AZ to manage auto loan accounts and reduce delinquency. You will contact customers to understand payment ability and maintain positive relationships while collecting on past-due balances.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, negotiating payment plans with clear dates, and meeting targets in a fast-paced, state-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Ied must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship management.
• Active listening and targeted questioning to gather information.
• Clear verbal and written communication with customers.

• Manage a portfolio of auto loan accounts and reduce delinquency.
