Onsite in Tempe with a schedule including evenings and one night per week; compensation starts at hourly rates with monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Manage a portfolio of auto loan accounts and reduce delinquency.
• Contact customers to understand intent and ability to pay.
• Maintain positive relationships while collecting on past-due balances.
• Negotiate solutions with immediate payments or promises to pay with dates and amounts.
• Follow state and company guidelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurately document all contacts, outcomes, and follow-up in GLS systems.
• Meet or exceed assigned goals and business plan objectives.
• Support additional assignments or special projects as needed.
