Job summary

A regional furniture retailer is seeking a dedicated individual to manage customer accounts and secure payments from delinquent accounts. Responsibilities include contacting customers through various channels, documenting interactions, and assisting on the sales floor. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of experience in payment collections or office procedures. A valid State Driver's License is required. This position involves some travel to customers' homes for collections as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months experience in payment collections or general office procedures.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to discuss overdue payments and negotiate solutions.
• Document all interactions regarding accounts.
• Operate equipment to facilitate collections and maintain customer files.
