The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, and experience in payment collections or office procedures. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months experience in payment collections or general office procedures.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Locate and notify customers with delinquent accounts.
• Document customer correspondence regarding accounts.
• Receive payments and post amounts to customer accounts.
• Assist with repossessions of merchandise when necessary.
• Prepare paperwork for legal action against severely late-paying customers.
