You will assist leadership, manage correspondence, and handle mail and shipments related to collections. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1+ years of related experience, and proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of related experience in accounts receivable or collections.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process accounts receivable.
• Assist in collection efforts with team members and leadership.
• Review monthly AR, target past-due or COD invoices.
• Provide outbound communications (calls, faxes, letters) to customers and internal staff.
• Support leadership with inbound communications as needed.
• Prepare and send external mail and shipments from Collections.
• Manage inbound/outbound emails for Group mailbox(s).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
