Job summary

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable collections and billing.
• Post daily cash receipts and process payments (credit card and ACH).
• Send invoices and payment reminders to encourage timely payments.
• Maintain regular contact with delinquent customers by phone, email, and letter.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and terms with delinquent customers.
• Set up ACH payment methods for new customers.
• Understand applicable trade agreements and legal collection processes.
• Process lockbox transactions.
• Billing for hardware and water contracts.
• Identify billing errors and ensure contracts are billed and collected promptly.
• Review third-party invoices for approval.
• Assist with third-party contract setup and administration.
