Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial credit collections experience required.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with customers to collect on past due balances.
• Process certified demand letters.
• Prepare legal documents for approval and transmission to external legal counsel.
• Propose write-off balances to Credit & Collections Manager.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics.
• Analyze collection metrics and generate reporting.
