CFS is seeking a Collections Analyst to help recover revenue, resolve vendor disputes, and drive process improvements. This role offers a primarily remote schedule with roughly one office day per month and a culture that prioritizes balance.

You will research disputes, review invoices and three-way matching, and identify automation opportunities to improve cash flow. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Research vendor disputes and inventory discrepancies.
• Investigate short shipments and incorrect vendor pricing.
• Review quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and three-way match documentation.
• Compile supporting documentation and evidence.
• Recover vendor credits and funds owed to the organization.
• Track disputes through resolution and maintain accurate records.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage automation.
