Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Collections Analyst to help recover revenue, resolve vendor disputes, and drive process improvements within a stable, growth-minded organization. The role offers a primarily remote schedule with approximately one office day per month, and a culture that values balance and career development.

You will research disputes, review invoices and purchase orders, and work cross-functionally to streamline processes, leverage automation, and improve cash flow

• Track disputes through resolution and maintain accurate records
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage automation
