Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist , you will be a Subject Matter Expert, ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities include :

  • Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
  • Proficiently navigating Windows-based & Web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedulestraining provided.
  • Scheduling appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and recommending alternative routes when appropriate.
  • Using active listening and probing questions to identify customer concerns and needs.
  • Maintaining accurate customer information in the database, including call details, payments, and call outcomes.
  • Rescheduling unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
  • Participating in quality assurance initiatives.
  • Safeguarding customer privacy and proprietary information.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations :
