Job summary

American Recovery Service Incorporated (ARSI), a division of Firstsource Solutions, is seeking motivated Collection Representatives for our Thousand Oaks team. You will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and help customers find compliant solutions.

This full-time, in-office role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM PST, with a monthly performance bonus and paid training.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound collection calls professionally and respectfully.
• Negotiate payment arrangements while adhering to compliance requirements.
• Manage an active portfolio of 250+ accounts and work toward monthly goals.
• Document account activity and maintain detailed records in collection systems.
• Research, verify, and update account information using approved data sources.
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings to support development.

What You’ll Do

• Negotiate payment arrangements while adhering to all federal, state, client, and company compliance requirements.
• Manage an active portfolio of 250+ accounts and work toward monthly performance goals.
• Accurately document account activity and maintain detailed records within collection systems.
• Research, verify, and update account information using approved data sources.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings to support professional development and success.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
