B and B Attorneys is seeking a Collections Negotiator to join our team. This role focuses on consumer finance debt, requiring confident phone work, strong negotiation, and the ability to resolve delinquent accounts through practical payment options.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts, follow fair debt collection practices, and work closely with clients to reach settlements that meet both the debtor's needs and our company requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections, consumer finance, debt recovery, or account negotiation preferred.
• Strong negotiation and telephone communication skills.
• Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day speaking with consumers by phone.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and persistent during challenging conversations.

Responsibilities

Collection Negotiator – Finance Accounts

B and B Attorneys is seeking an experienced Collections Negotiator to join our team. We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, skilled at negotiation, and experienced in working directly with consumers to resolve outstanding financial obligations.

This position focuses on accounts involving consumer finance debt, including money borrowed through finance companies. The ideal candidate understands how to communicate professionally with debtors, identify realistic payment options, overcome objections, and negotiate resolutions that move accounts toward payment.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for more than someone who simply makes collection calls. We want a strong negotiator who can build rapport, listen, think on their feet, and confidently guide a conversation toward resolution.

Experience collecting accounts for consumer finance companies, personal loans, installment loans, or similar financial products would be especially valuable.
