Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Collection Executive role based in Delhi, OH. The Collection Executive will contact customers regarding outstanding payments, explain account status and repayment options, and follow up consistently through phone calls, emails, and other approved communication channels. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, updating payment details in internal systems, and escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed. The Collection Executive will collaborate with the customer support and finance teams to ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. The position requires adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical collection practices.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written communication, active listening, and a customer-focused approach.
  • Candidates should possess basic financial and analytical skills, such as understanding repayment schedules, assessing account status, and interpreting simple reports and data.
  • Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including accurate record-keeping, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups.
  • Candidates should possess negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle objections, propose practical repayment solutions, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in using digital tools and CRM or collection software, along with comfort working in a technology-driven environment.
  • Relevant experience in collections, customer service, or financial services is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Candidates should be able to work on-site in Delhi, OH, follow compliance and regulatory guidelines, and maintain high ethical standards in all customer interactions.
