Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc is seeking a Supervisor, Revenue Cycle in Memphis, TN to support the AR Manager and supervise collection specialists in recovering outstanding balances from third party payers. The role requires effective written and verbal communication and proactive problem solving.

You will monitor trends, stay current with Medicare/Medicaid rules, and maintain documentation. Responsibilities include motivating the team, coordinating with payers and leadership, and guiding staff through
