Novamed is seeking a Supervisor, Revenue Cycle to support the AR Manager and supervise collection specialists responsible for collecting balances from third-party payers. Responsible for supporting AR Manager and supervision of collection specialists in order to effectively collect outstanding balances due from third party payers. Must be an effective communicator who can express himself/herself on a daily basis in a professional manner both verbally and in writing as well as be a proactive professional who can identify collection trends and solve them in a timely manner. Keeps informed on all current Medicare, Medicaid and third-party payor regulations and requirements. Informs management and other staff members of changes and keeps documentation current and accessible. Manage, motivate and supervise team members. Other assigned duties as required.
