Nationwide finance company located in North Dallas seeks experienced collectors. Must have extensive experience in collecting monthly payments from consumers on delinquent accounts. This position requires some PM availability.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to and receiving inbound calls from customers on delinquent accounts
• Negotiating payments
• Skip tracing to locate consumer information
• Maintaining performance results (daily, weekly & monthly)
• Following documented procedures
• Working knowledge of MS Office and databases

Qualifications

• 3 years collections experience
• Skiptrace experience
• Call center experience
• Experience with auto, loans, mortgage, 3rd party
• Experience with TLO or LexisNexis a plus
• Pass background check
