Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience finding numerical discrepancies, performing transaction research and ensuring accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated success managing high-volume workflows, adapting to changing priorities, balancing competing demands, and maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, take ownership of complex assignments, and contribute beyond individual performance metrics.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data labeling.
• Ability to identify potential risks, ask clarifying questions, and escalate issues to mitigate impact.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact.
• Responds to moderately complex client inquiries via multiple channels to support efficiency and quality service.
• Responsible for analysis and resolution of moderately complex transactions by identifying risks and escalating as needed.
• Proactively identifies risk and opportunities for process improvements based on collateral calls and transaction requirements.
• Demonstrates a team-first mindset, supports high-volume periods, and handles complex cases to drive results.
