Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and administer collateral and pledging instruments accurately and on time.
• Oversee letters of credit processes with clients and internal partners.
• Maintain collateral records in designated systems and adjust positions as needed.
• Execute collateral transactions in a time-sensitive, risk-aware environment.
• Review documents to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Document processes to reinforce a robust control framework.
• Develop knowledge across collateral types and drive process improvements.
• Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to improve efficiency.
• Research issues, communicate outcomes, and escalate when needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
