Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Charlotte, NC seeks a Client Service Associate II to support public fund collateralization and manage pledging instruments with accuracy. You will execute transactions, uphold risk controls, and partner with internal teams to improve end-to-end workflows.

You will work closely with clients to maintain collateral records, review documentation for compliance, and contribute to process improvements while delivering timely service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service, collateral management, or a related financial services operations role.
• Knowledge of fixed income securities and collateral practices, including letters of credit concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to present information clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients by administering collateral and pledging instruments accurately and on time.
• Oversee letters of credit process, review documentation, coordinate with clients and partners.
• Maintain collateral records in systems, update data, adjust security positions as needed.
• Execute collateral-related transactions in a business-critical environment prioritizing timeliness and risk awareness.
• Review agreements and policies to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Document processes to strengthen risk and control frameworks.
• Develop knowledge across collateral types and drive process improvements.
• Build relations with clients and stakeholders to improve collateral efficiency and execution.
• Investigate issues, communicate outcomes, and escalate when needed.
• Prepare reporting and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
