Job summary

The role will own collateral security compliance, coordinate with DCSA, oversee guard services and inspections, and manage budgets. Strong leadership, program lifecycle experience, and knowledge of DCSA/CFR requirements are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in DCSA CFR compliance and AAE processes.
• Experience overseeing a large contract guard force and budget.
• Knowledge of program lifecycle requirements and Baselining.
• Understanding of Direct Commercial Sale vs Foreign Military Sales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Facility Security Officer (FSO) for the Orlando site.
• Lead the Orlando Collateral Team and collateral security compliance.
• Oversee Guard Services Contract and local crisis management.
• Coordinate UL inspections and Arms, Ammunition and Explosives inspections.
• Interface with DCSA and other customers as required.
• Support site visits and manage competing priorities across programs.
